Mexico face Argentina on Saturday as they look to make the knockout stages of the competition.

And one of those fans inside the 974 Stadium on Tuesday is going viral on social media.

As we know, Qatar have banned sale of alcohol in and around the stadium – a decision they made just days before the start of the tournament.

It has left supporters needing to be creative if they really want to drink before and during matches.

And nothing beats what this one Mexican fan did.

A video is doing the rounds showing his binoculars being confiscated by security being entering the stadium.

Why would he not be allowed binoculars?

Well, because they’re not binoculars at all.

Instead, it was disguised hip-flask full of alcohol.

Brilliant.

Unfortunately for him, the binoculars appeared to get him into trouble as he was rumbled. Hopefully, he was still able to make it inside the stadium to watch his side.

Fans were praising the Mexican fan for his creativity – if not the execution.
