The two European teams are currently locked in a battle to sign Endrick, with both sides keen to land one of the most prodigious talents Brazil has produced in years.
Endrick signed his first professional contract with Palmeiras earlier this year, after making headlines for his incredible record at youth level. In fact, the forward has hit the ground running at senior level, scoring three goals and assisting one in just 300 first-team minutes.
As a result, Europe’s biggest clubs have taken note of his form and are now doing all they can to convince Endrick to join them.
According to reports, Thiago Silva has played a role in Chelsea’s efforts to sign Endrick, while the player has been invited on a tour of the Blues’ Cobham training facilities as Chelsea pull out all the stops to sign him.
It is worth noting that Endrick will not be able to complete a move until after he turns 18 in 2024, in line with FIFA regulations.
