Forward Ángel Alarcón has reached an agreement with FC Barcelona to extend his contract until June 30, 2025. I
Alarcon, 18, will finish his spell with Juvenil A at the end of the season and will be a Barça Atlétic player next season. His release clause will be 400 million euros.
Culé since Cadete B
Born in Castelldefels, Alarcón (05/15/2004) arrived at Cadete B from Espanyol in the summer of 2018. He was soon promoted directly to Juvenil A.
An opportunity to debut with Barça B followed in 2021 and he played two games before the season ended in the worst possible way when he was seriously injured in the semifinals of the Champions Cup against Málaga.
After spending the 2021-22 recovering from injury, Alarcón has shown his effort, sacrifice, passion and great physical qualities to once again demonstrate his full potential, in this the last year of time with Juvenil A.
Alarcón has been one of the most important players in Juvenil A, playing 22 games and scoring 12 goals between the league (9) and the UEFA Youth League (3).
