Eden Hazard opens up on his Real Madrid future amid persistent Chelsea transfer rumours


Eden Hazard has played down speculation he will be leaving Real Madrid after the UEFA Champions League final, saying it is still his ‘dream’ to play for the Spanish champions.

Hazard has spent the majority of this three years in Spain battling injury problems, having completed a move from Chelsea in 2019 for £89million. In his seven years at Stamford Bridge, the Belgian won two league titles, an FA Cup, two UEFA Europa League’s and a Carabao Cup across 350 appearances.

But since joining Real, Hazard has been limited to just 66 games in three years and speculation has grown that he could seek an exit to end his injury nightmare in the Spanish capital. But speaking ahead of Saturday’s final against Liverpool in Paris, Hazard has put to bed any talk of a summer exit and reiterated that he wans to show everyone what he can do at the Bernabeu.
