Matchday 6 of the 03/04 season saw Wolves welcome Claudio Ranieri’s Chelsea side to Molineux.

Frank Lampard orchestrated a 5-0 Chelsea onslaught after he put The Blues 1-0 up inside 17 minutes. The Chelsea midfielder picked up a pass from Jimmy Floyd Hasslebaink and let it fly with his weaker foot into the top left corner past Michael Oakes in the Wolves goal.

Lampard would also grab the assist for Crespo’s second goal in the 90th minute to complete the battering.

In matchday 10 of the 2008/09 season, Frank Lampard rattled Hull City in the first 10 minutes of the game at the KCOM Stadium.

A run from winger Florent Malouda saw space open up for Lampard on the edge of the box, and the Frenchman’s caressed backheel rolled in the path of Lampard, who ran onto the ball and met it with a lob that swerved through the air and nestled into the side netting.

Chelsea welcomed Norwich to Stamford Bridge on Matchday 18, with The Blues picking up a rampant victory, starting when Damien Duff scored the opener within 10 minutes.

However, it would be Lampard to extend the lead in the 34th minute after taking a pass from Arjen Robben into his stride and striking the ball into the top corner. The ball’s movement was deceiving for the goalkeeper and made the shot unsaveable, as Stamford Bridge went wild for a textbook Lampard goal.
